Returns & Refunds Policy

At PetHide, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, we may not be able to accept your item or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the item safely with adequate protection.
  • A proof of purchase or order receipt is required for all returns.
  • The return address will be provided on your return label, as it may vary depending on the product type.

Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
  3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@hollyfox.co or call us at (502) 895-9700.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund amount.

Replacement or exchanged items may take different shipping times depending on your location.
